The 29-year-old has been out for Bolton since suffering a torn hamstring in the loss on the road in mid-March against Port Vale.
The Wanderers captain has been making good progress in recent weeks having returned to training and Sarcevic will be involved in the clash at the Mazuma Stadium against the Shrimps.
Wanderers travel to take on Morecambe in a key clash in the promotion race, with Derek Adams' side only a point behind Bolton in the table.
