A spokesperson for ITV and I'm A Celeb said: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.
She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities." Her exit comes after she broke down in tears after some of the campmates won a treat.
Earlier in Tuesday's episode, Marvin Humes, Sam Thompson and Tony Bellew were seen at The Misery Motel where they were already tasked with spending the night.
