Get Me Out Of Here! Two years after 36 year old former rugby star James was the fourth person to be eliminated from the ITV series, Good Morning Britain host Richard has now been confirmed as part of this year's line-up.
And naturally, Richard, 65, turned to James for a bit of guidance before making his way to Gwrych Castle in North Wales - but was left disappointed with what he had to say. "James hasn't given me any advice, because as he pointed out, it would be useless," Richard explained.
