Oti Mabuse has opened up about her decision to join I'm A Celebrity, revealing that she sees this as the perfect time to take on the challenge as she looks to expand her family and create memories her daughter can be proud of.The 34-year-old Strictly Come Dancing sensation shared that it was a significant choice to head to Australia and spend a month away from her little girl, aged one, but she and her husband Marius Iepure are ready for the adventure.

Addressing the separation from her daughter during the show, she remarked, "My daughter won't remember it. It's just a couple of days.

She's with a lot of family, and she's with my husband who is amazing, and she's in more than capable hands," reports the Mirror.

Oti also reflected on the importance of showing her commitment to both her family and her personal ambitions, and setting a good example to her daughter, saying: "I think it's nice for her to see that mum is fully committed and loves her so much.
