The theatre legend, 53, is set to join the spirits who are said to live at the show’s new home at Gwrych Castle.Ruthie said: “Whenever I finish a theatre show, after it has ended and everybody has left, I go onto the stage with the ghost light on and thank the theatre and all the ghosts for having me.

It is the last thing I do. It’s one of my traditions.“I believe in them. I think I saw a ghost when I was younger. There has to be something going on.
