A mum has pleaded for the return of her missing "bubbly" daughter. Nikita Thorne, 14, was last seen on Thursday at their home on Leominster Drive in Wythenshawe on Thursday (February 23) at 4.40pm.
Her mother Catherine Robinson says Nikita was headed to the local shops at nearby Peel Hall Road but "never returned". Nikita is described as white, 5ft5, medium build with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, worried mum Catherine said: "The last thing she said to me was we need orange juice, so I sent her to the shop and she said 'do you want anything?' I said 'no' and that's it.
