However, not everyone adjusts to the changing of the clocks in the same way, with some needing to re-regulate their sleeping patterns to ensure there are no major shocks to the system.This Sunday - 29 October - the clocks will be going back by one hour.
It'll happen at 2am, which means that the hour between 1am and 2am will actually happen twice. Whether you want to party through it or sleep through it is entirely your choice.
One thing's for sure though - regardless of whether you don't think it'll make a difference to you, or you know you'll need to reset your body clock accordingly - it is handy to have some sleeping tips in your back pocket so as to not entirely wreck your sleeping pattern.
