The House of Commons had to be suspended this afternoon after Boris Johnson's crucial lockdown announcement was hit by tech chaos.
The Prime Minister was inaudible as he responded to questions about the re-introduction of a three-tier system in England once the national lockdown coronavirus ends.
After Speaker Lindsay Hoyle made efforts to talk the PM through the tech issue, he decided the better option was to simply suspend the House while it was sorted.
