Homes Under The Hammer 's Martin Roberts is making a 26-hour drive in a bid to get urgent aid to those most in need fleeing war-torn Ukraine.

He's been keeping his fans updated on Instagram about his lengthy journey from the UK as he tries to reach the Poland/Ukrainian border to help refugees.The BBC presenter and property expert, 58, says he feels a "massive responsibility" to deliver the precocious supplies and he hopes to donate to those who have been displaced in the next 24 hours.
