The 37-year-old Scot struck gold after she and hubby Jonathan Rose - who owns a precious metals company - swapped Edinburgh for sunny Malibu and now have superstars Pierce Brosnan and Danny DeVito as her neighbours.
Tiffany looks unrecognisable from her old character, who was introduced back in 2003 as Jack's flirty teenage niece. Natalie had several love interests including Darren Osbourne and Craig Dean during her time and caused her fair share of drama with the residents of Hollyoaks.
Her character left the village in 2004 after Jack discovered that she had failed her exams and was pregnant, so flounced off back to Scotland.
