HOLLY Willoughby's new survival series Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof has confirmed its celebrity line-up. The new BBC show will see eight celebrities embark on a once-in-a-lifetime epic adventure, under the training of extreme athlete Wim Hof, aka ‘The Iceman.’ The six-part series will follow the group as they undertake a series of challenges that will test them to their limits, both physically and mentally.  The celebrities taking part include former EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, musician Professor Green, Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell and sports presenter Gabby Logan.

He wrote, "Having had shingles, I know how painful and exhausting it can be" alongside a photo of himself with a swollen face.The TV presenter previously contracted the disease three years ago, and he said of the initial discovery of the symptoms - "I remember going to the bathroom mirror and jumping back in horror". What is shingles? Shingles is a painful rash caused by the same virus as Chickenpox, with around 1 in 5 people suffering from it at some point.
