Holly Willoughby has been flooded with support from fans as she made a huge return to the showbiz world with an appearance at the National Television Awards.
The former This Morning presenter dazzled as she hit the red carpet ahead of the star-studded ceremony at London's O2 Arena on Wednesday evening (September 11).
