Bookmakers betideas.com have put the odds at 3/1 for the 62 year old to head into the jungle, after it was announced he would be hosting his own show, Cast Away, on Channel 5.
He is also being tipped to present a show on Channel 5, with odds of 5/1, and to appear on Celebrity Big Brother, with odds of 6/1.
Other possibilities include presenting roles on ITV (16/1) and the BBC (25/1), although a return to This Morning is considered less likely, with odds of 50/1.
