Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin is set to launch his own brand new talent agency, according to documents filed at Companies House.
The 48 year old producer has been at the helm of several iconic programmes and worked with multiple big name stars such as Michael McIntyre, Bradley Walsh and Alan Carr over the years, thanks to his production company Hungry Bear.
But it appears the brand has plans to expand, as Dan’s latest venture has been revealed to be the HB Talent Agency. According to documents filed at Companies House, Dan and his Hungry Bear business partner Juliet Denison Gay have registered a new company with the same address as his existing business, with the new arm officially incorporated on 20 June 2023.
Speaking to The Mirror about the new venture, a source said: “Dan is one of the most powerful men in TV - and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women. This move makes a lot of sense.” Thanks to his strong connections across the industry and keen eye for talent, the new venture opens a lot of potentially very lucrative doors for the media mogul, especially if the business runs in tandem alongside his already highly successful production company, which boasted £3.4 million in cash at the end of 2020.
