The 39-year-old presenter had believed that she was off-camera during the crossover as the format of the show had changed. Holly had seemed startled when Lorraine said hi to them both and later when This Morning started, Holly said that she had been thrown off my the new split screen.
Instead of having a wide-shot of them, This Morning now had a close-up of Holly and Phil side-by-side on screen despite them socially distancing.
