After many years (we're talking literal decades) of anticipation, Hocus Pocus 2 was finally released exclusively on Disney+ in 2022.
The sequel reunited the original cast, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler, and Kathy Najimy, and apparently, it was successful enough to warrant a third film.Per , Hocus Pocus 2 broke streaming records for an opening weekend with 2.7 billion minutes viewed, and the film landed at number five on the list of most-streamed movies of 2022 with a total of 5.7 billion minutes viewed.Here's everything we know about Hocus Pocus 3 so far:A release date is unknown at this time, since Hocus Pocus 3 is in the early development stage, but with basic knowledge of the time frame of film production at this scale, and considering Sarah Jessica Parker's schedule, it probably won't come until Halloween 2025.
2024 is possible, but a long shot. Rumors of Hocus Pocus 2 started as early as 2014, but Hocus Pocus 3 will (hopefully) have a tighter timeline.
