The 37-year-old actress is set to recur on the final season of the hit AMC show, as Negan’s deceased wife. The news of her role in the upcoming episodes was revealed earlier this month.
Lucille was married to Negan (played by Hilarie‘s real life husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan) prior to the end of the world, and she was battling cancer. Hilarie‘s character did ultimately pass away, however, it was just as the zombie virus beginning to spread and she was reanimated as a walker.
AMC just released a sneak peek of the upcoming “bonus” episodes of the show, and if you blink, you might miss Hilarie‘s appearance.
