Helen shared a photo of her face with spots dotting her cheek. She captioned the pic: "Thank you so much for all the advice on hormonal acne. "When my acne returns (it has eventually after each baby) I will share and be honest with what works" Helen is mum to Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, and recently welcomed baby Charlie with fiancé Scott Sinclair.
