Harvey Weinstein reportedly begged both of his ex-wives to put in a good word for him with the judge before his sentence was handed down.

But it's said that both Eve Chilton and Georgina Chapman refused to vouch for their ex-husband. The shamed former movie mogul was sentenced to 23 years behind bars yesterday, weeks after he was found guilty of sexual assault and rape.

The New York Post reports that the 67-year-old had asked his ex-wives to send letters to the judge before his sentence was handed down.

Weinstein was married to his former assistant Eve Chilton from 1987 to 2004, and to British actress and fashion designer Georgina Chapman from 2007 to 2017.
