Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may be forced to shut down their new Sussex website just hours after launching it.The former royal couple have replaced their Archewell site with Sussex.com, with the homepage reading 'The Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex'.

However, they've now been warned that using their royal titles for what appears to be for commercial use could provoke the Palace who could have the site shut down, the Express reports.

One source told MailOnline: "They are going to have real trouble with the use of Sussex. It is a royal title and if there is any hint of commercialism about this it will be shut down.

It's just staggering they cannot see how gauche it is." However, an insider close to the Sussexes argued last night: "Prince Harry and Meghan are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
