Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, said she felt "very touched" after the Queen shared her wishes for her to become Queen Consort when Prince Charles becomes King.

While many shared their congratulations and joy over Her Majesty's decision, including her husband who called her his "darling wife", the news was reportedly met with silence from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Now, Tom Bower, who is currently writing a biography on Meghan Markle, 40, has shared his belief that the deafening silence is a "deliberate insult" towards Camilla, 74.The writer claimed that Prince William, 39, has been supportive of the news alongside his 73 year old father.

He went further to claim that Harry, 37, has never liked Camilla and blamed her for his parents' failed marriage. "It has been said by a number of people that Harry has always disliked Camilla and blamed her for wrecking his parents’ marriage."
