A gym owner who was fined £30,000 for opening during lockdown says he won't pay following allegations of a Christmas party in Downing Street last year.
Steven Todd was ordered to close his Reps gym in Preston, Lancs, for three months in February by a district judge, after he was found to have remained open during lockdown.
A closure order was issued following a series of police raids which found gym-users inside the premises, LancsLive reports.
