Under Tier 4 coronavirus restrictions, people are required by law to remain at home unless they need to leave their home for essential reasons.
All but essential shops are shut and restaurants and bars are not allowed to open. People should resist the urge to socialise with anyone outside of their household or support bubble.It has prompted the Greater Manchester Police Assistant Chief Constable Nick Bailey to issue a statement.He said: "I would like to thank the community of Greater Manchester for the personal sacrifices that the majority of people have made so far.
