A couple who have suffered from major health problems stunned Grand Designs viewers after they spent £275,000 transforming a disused shed into their dream home in just 18 months.
Married Georgie, 33, and Greg, 29, from Sevenoaks, Kent, converted a 1980s barn on her parents' land with a budget of just £250,000.
Appearing on the Channel 4 show, the couple shared their hopes of starting the next chapter of their lives together in a beautiful home, reports Daily Star.
Explaining what inspired him to take on the majority of the work himself, Greg, who had survived a brain tumour, said it was a close call with death that "kicked him up the a***".
