Cursing TV chef Gordon Ramsay could soon be giving diners a right mouthful... of fast food. The star of The F-Word and Kitchen Nightmares has applied to register the trademark Gordon Ramsay Burger in the UK.
Brit Ramsay already has one fast food restaurant under the same name in Las Vegas and the latest move suggests he may be planning a chain back home.
His application to London’s Intellectual Property Office is to use the title for “takeaway food and drink services”. Under IPO guidelines applicants must wait up to three months to find out if they have been successful.
Ramsay, 53, is already offering takeaway burgers from his gastropub The Narrow in Limehouse, East London. A short rib pattie with oakwood smoked cheese starts at £12.50,
