The Celebrity Chef is in front of the camera lens once again, only this time it's not in the kitchen, instead he's sampling the food and culture of a variety of different countries in his new National Geographic programme.In an episode, recently aired on US TV, the 53-year-old visited the Southern state of Louisiana, and came face-to-face with a Nutria – a water rat that is known as a "straight-tailed beaver".Eric Cook, a marine-turned-chef, explained to the TV host that the area has become overrun with the rodents and the eco-systems are being destroyed.In a bid to tackle the rising numbers of furry critters, the locals have decided to hunt and eat.
