Gordon Ramsay 's new TV show may not go down well with viewers suffering from weak stomachs. The Celebrity Chef is in front of the camera lens once again, only this time it's not in the kitchen, instead he's sampling the food and culture of a variety of different countries in his new National Geographic programme.In an episode, recently aired on US TV, the 53-year-old visited the Southern state of Louisiana, and came face-to-face with a Nutria – a water rat that is known as a "straight-tailed beaver".Eric Cook, a marine-turned-chef, explained to the TV host that the area has become overrun with the rodents and the eco-systems are being destroyed.In a bid to tackle the rising numbers of furry critters, the locals have decided to hunt and eat.
