mirror.co.ukWeather presenter Alex Beresford has shown off his toned physique during a workout with his son. The Good Morning Britain star, 39, has been keeping fit with his 10-year-old son Cruz over the past year and during the lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Sharing a flurry of pictures on his Instagram account from February onwards, Alex looks better than ever despite the sad news of his split from wife Natalia last year.
Showing a photo of himself and Cruz in his home gym last month, Alex captioned the photo: "Training with the best spotter watching over me. #fatherandson." In another photo that shows Alex working out from February, he captioned the image: "Feeling fit and healthy has definitely fed my #mentalhealth this last year.
