Good Morning Britain weatherman Alex has said that fitness has helped his get over his heartbreak, with him sharing a snap of him and his son in the gym.Taking to his Instagram page, he posted the photo to his 46,600 followers, which saw him holding on to a weight bench, with Cruz posing as he sat on the seat.
