He posited to a guest, "I suppose the problem here for Kamala Harris is, certainly initially, she's been part of a cover up.
There has been a cover-up to hide the fact that Joe Biden was not all there and hasn't been all there for quite some time. She was part of that, how will she deal with that damage?" Viewers quickly took to Twitter to express their opinions on his take on the 46th President.
