Sir Keir Starmer was on a walkabout in Bath city centre as part of the local election campaign when he headed to the Raven pub.
But landlord Rod Humphris made it clear instantly he was not welcome. Mr Humphris appeared on Tuesday's Good Morning Britain to speak to hosts Susanna Reid and Adil Ray.
He attempted to explain his reasons for being so angry at the Labour party - which he has supported his entire life. But it soon became clear the hosts, and Dr Hilary, who was also on the ITV news programme, were not impressed
