Alex Beresford was told that he wasn't wearing the right type of face covering today on Good Morning Britain after a photo he posted of himself wearing it received a backlash on social media.
Dr Hilary Jones' replacement Sarah Jarvis, 57, appeared on the ITV programme today to give advice on face masks. From July 24, it will be mandatory for people to wear face coverings in shops in England.
Weather presenter Alex called out and asked Dr Sarah about what the right type of face to wear. He explained: "Yesterday, I was travelling to London in the back of a cab and I was rightly wearing a face mask.
So I tweeted a picture of me wearing the face mask and then I had a few people come at me on Twitter saying I was wearing the wrong type of face
