The organisers of Glastonbury Festiuval have urged fans not to take a trip to Worthy Farm after the event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Glastonbury was one of the many events which had to be cancelled due to the rules on social distancing amid the pandemic, but diehard music fans are being urged not to make a pilgrimage to the world-famous field during lockdown.
A post on the festival’s website read: ‘Worthy Farm and its surrounding farms are private property and, given the current circumstances, the land used by Glastonbury Festival is closed to the public. ‘Despite this, we have seen increasing numbers of visitors attempting to access the site used by the Festival. ‘For the sake of those who continue to work and live on
