A generous Paisley landlady is making sure her regulars don’t go without during the lockdown by bringing them food.Margaret Patterson owns the Patter Bar, in Old Sneddon Street, which, like all other pubs across the country, had to shut up shop last month when the coronavirus pandemic hit.But, instead of sitting at home, Margaret is making sure her ‘Patter family’ are all being looked after by phoning her vulnerable regulars and visiting them to make sure they have enough food.Margaret said: “It’s not just the old ones, there are younger ones who I know are in a house by themselves and are struggling financially.“I went to Booker wholesalers, who were fantastic.“ I got loaves of bread, tattie scones, square sausages, sausage rolls, things
