Gary Neville has lifted the lid on the transfer strategy used by legendary Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson which turned his side into the dominant force in English football.
Ferguson was known for his willingness to show faith in young talent, famously promoting the 'Class of 92' and turning them into world beaters.
But he was also famed for his ruthless approach to squad building - never afraid to change things up if he felt his team needed a revamp, he knew when to sell stars as well as when to sign them.
Neville, who played his entire career at United under the tutelage of Ferguson, said his mentor's style is still emulated today by the likes of Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
