With the 32-year-old out of contract this year, City put an end to speculation over Aguero's future on Monday evening, confirming he will leave the club on July 1.
Aguero joined City in 2011 and has scored 257 goals across his ten-year spell at the Etihad Stadium, ensuring he will go down as a City and Premier League all-time great.
