Fulwell 73 and SpringHill Co. Close Deal, Unite Under Fulwell Entertainment Umbrella

Fulwell Entertainment is the name of the overarching banner led by the Fulwell 73 partners – Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, James Corden, Ben Turner and Gabe Turner — and Springhill’s Maverick Carter and LeBron James.
Jesse Collins Entertainment is also under the umbrella; in 2022, Fulwell invested in the company led by the prolific TV event producer, who has juggled Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, BET Awards and a string of Super Bowl Halftime shows, including 2024’s outing with Usher and 2023’s memorable aerial stunt with Rihanna.
Fulwell and SpringHill reached an agreement to join forces in a merger of equals in November. No money changed hands, but both sides brought in investment into to rev up the enlarged firm.
A representative for Fulwell declined to comment on the deal closing. The new partners previously named Carter and Pearlman as co-CEOs.
