Freddie Mercury decided to write a tribute song to The King. And the result was the No 1 hit Crazy Little Thing Called Love, which the Queen singer wrote in the bath in around 10 minutes.

This week's episode of Queen The Greatest looks back at how Crazy Little Thing Called Love cracked America for the band. While the video below includes a rare clip of the track being performed live in 1986.

In 1979, after seven albums, Queen decided to change up the way they approached their studio recordings. Brian May shared: "We'd heard that there was this great studio called Musicland in Munich.
