Elvis Presley was the daughter of Albert Henry Iversen, who was born in Egersund, Norway. He would go on to emigrate to the United States where he married a woman of Scots-Irish and English descent called Lorraine.
And together they would have their only child Anna (later known as Ann), who was born in March 1926. As a teenager during the Second World War, she began dating a US Navy pilot called James Wagner, the son of Harold and Kathryn Wagner.
