Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists Callum Hudson-Odoi has made "great progress" after testing positive for coronavirus last week, while urging the general public to look out for one another.
Sport across the world has been put on hold amid fears over the virus outbreak, which has affected almost 200,000 people globally.
Premier League football, as well as every other major European league, has been suspended until at least April 3 after news emerged last Thursday that Hudson-Odoi and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta had both tested positive for the virus.
