Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has admitted that new signing Thiago Silva will need to overcome the language barrier after joining from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer.The experienced defender made an error on his debut against West Bromwich Albion last weekend, losing his footing for the Baggies in a game which ended 3-3.Speaking after the game, Lampard highlighted the language barrier as something Silva needs to overcome but backed the Brazilian to be a success."Thiago will be a very, very good player for us," he said. "He doesn’t speak the language very well but that’s just something we will have to work through. "It is what it is but I’m not sure how relevant that is to the game.
