Eamonn Holmes has been seen looking fragile after a lunch date with friends amid his split from wife Ruth Langsford.The TV presenter has been in and out of the spotlight during recent months as he battles personal issues, from his split with Ruth to his ongoing health troubles, as he continues to struggle following surgery.

He has now been seen looking fragile using a walking aid after eating out at a London café with friends. Eamonn was seen leaving Sam's Café in Primrose Hill in London wearing a pair of black joggers and a large grey T-shirt.The star recently spoke about standing up and "aiming to walk next" on social media.

As fans told the star how well he was doing, Eamonn replied with comments including, "If only, but thanks x" and "trying." A source told The Mirror: "He is doing the best he can under the circumstances but there is not too much to smile about.

He is not looking to do any interviews and is just keeping his head down and just doing work at GB News and physio sessions to try to improve his mobility." It is believed that Eamonn and Ruth are hoping to finalise their divorce in the coming months but it's thought there's a long way to go.
