After 14 years of marriage, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes announced they were calling it quits on their relationship back in May - and now Ruth's Loose Women co-star Linda Robson has revealed how she has been supporting her.

When OK! asked the 66 year old at the National Reality TV Awards how Ruth was doing following the split, Linda said she was "keeping her spirits high".

She explained: "We’re staying out of it because it’s not our business but we’re supporting her in any way we can and just keeping her happy.

It’s sad for the both of them but just keeping her spirits high." Since their shock split, GB News presenter Eamonn, 64, has reportedly been growing close to a female friend, counsellor Katie Alexander, 42, while Ruth has been throwing herself into work. The couple - who share son Jack, 22 - have not spoken publicly about their split in any great detail, and their official statement confirming the news was noticeably short and to the point, stating, “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing." The confirmation of their divorce followed on from rumours about the couple, who hadn't been pictured together in months.
