Former East Kilbride gymnastics coach picks up top oil and gas industry award

A former gymnastics coach from East Kilbride has won a top accolade in the oil and gas industry.Pursuing a career change to spend quality time with his family, Colin Ross secured a sought-after place in the Oil and Gas Technical Apprentice Programme (OGTAP) in 2020.And he has now been named as the 2022 Apprentice of the Year by global energy, safety and skills organisation, OPITO.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
