A Jet2 passenger says his family were left "traumatised" by "shouting, swearing and drinking" crowds on a rowdy flight to Ibiza.
John Williams was onboard with his son, daughter and wife to celebrate a family birthday. The 50-year-old claims that, after they had been in the air for 25 minutes, "around 40 people" divided into two groups, got up and started causing chaos in the aisle.John said passengers on the flight from Birmingham Airport were stood up, shouting and moving around each other in the middle of the plane - while ignoring safety signs to fasten seatbelts.
Video captured by John, which was shared with Birmingham Live, shows passengers gathering in the middle of the aisle while the fasten seatbelt sign was lit.
John, from Cardiff, said: "We were flying out for the weekend to celebrate my girl's 13th birthday on July 13. Unfortunately the flight out was the worst flight I have experienced in over 40 years of flying.
