Supermarkets across the UK have updated their guidelines on face coverings as millions more people prepare to return to the high street this weekend for the reopenings of pubs, salons and restaurants.
The Government has warned that masks are also now mandatory in hospitals, with staff, visitors and outpatients required to wear them.
And failing to stick to the rules could cost you a £100 penalty fine, with more than 3,000 extra security staff deployed across the country to help enforce the new laws.
But will you have to wear one in the supermarket? While you're not legally required to wear a covering to shop in the UK, most supermarkets have been told they can impose them if they feel it's necessary.
