Katie McGlynn is selling messages to fans for £100 but has a very brilliant reason for doing so. The former Coronation Street star played Sinead Tinker for six years before leaving the soap at the end of a tragic storyline.
Katie won awards for her portrayal of Sinead's battle with cervical cancer while she was pregnant and scenes took a harrowing turn as the character lost her life to the disease.
The Rochdale actress has now turned to spending some time raising funds for Mummy’s Star, a charity supporting women and families who are dealing with cancer in and around pregnancy.
Katie has signed up to Cameo, video-sharing website, to sell video greetings to her fans. In her welcome message on the site, Katie said: "Hi guys!
