But, they told the In Too Deep podcast that they had no regrets.“Having my balls taken out has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my lifetime, I am so glad they’re gone," said Tiamat.“I wish I had got them taken out a long time ago, they should never have been there in the first place.
I feel so good having my testicles gone, it’s just incredible… It’s so liberating.”Tiamat began their radical transformation after being diagnosed as HIV positive while working in a top role at an international bank.
