The 49-year-old Trainspotting star finalised the divorce, which has been going on since January 2018 and The Blast has reported the settlement after obtaining new legal documents.
The couple have reportedly submitted details of their financial settlement to court, so that the divorce can be rubber stamped.
The biggest drama of the separation has come from Ewan's eldest daughter Clara McGregor, who has taken aim at his new girlfriend, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, in a social media post.
