Everton face taking a massive transfer hit on Gylfi Sigurdsson, it’s claimed. COVID-19 has wreaked havoc with the sporting calendar in recent weeks.

According to Football Insider, Sigurdsson could be sent packing despite having another two years left on his current contract.

The Iceland international has been a first-team regular for the Toffees since signing from Swansea in 2017. However, having cost an eye-watering £45m, he’s struggled to live up to the mammoth price tag.
