Jose Mourinho’s side were dumped out of the competition on penalties by the Premier League’s bottom side. But immediately after the shootout loss, Spurs star Dier climbed into the lower tier of the West Stand and confronted a fan.
Video footage showed an unhappy Dier forcing his way towards the fan in question, climbing over seats and leaving onlookers stunned, while another supporter was heard shouting: "Oh my god Dier, what the f*** are you doing Dier".
The England defender had to be held back by stewards and stunned onlookers before he was heard shouting: "That's my brother".
